With these astonishing packages, they deliver tons of premium quality channels (over 200) in HD along with the free DVR facility. Users can enjoy thousands of 3D movies and TV shows with On-Demand feature cable TV. XFINITY is currently offering its Cable TV services in more than thirty-nine states of the United States. It is well-received among the users due to its consumer-friendly approach. While most of the providers require users to bundle up their TV with internet service, XFINITY does not believe in this practice. Instead, it offers free selections of all its five packages without bundling up with the internet. It provides a variety of favorite sports, movies and family network for its consumers through its astonishing packages like Starter, Preferred, and Premium. Starter Package covers up to 40% of favorite channels and users get access to over 140 channels including HGTV, TNT, ESPN, NAT GEO WILD, FX and many more. Although Comcast Starter package ($49.99/mo.) is less-expensive than Spectrum Select TV ($64.99 for 130 channels), it does not offer features like free access to the apps of favorite channels and demand-driven content. However, it also provides no contract for TV service, but it requires users to pay extra $10 for non-contract service. Comcast is an emerging telecommunication tycoon in the US due to its excellent level of customer service in recent years. Its ACSI points increase from 55/100 in 2015 to 60/100 in 2018 indicating its outstanding progression.

  • Interesting article. I like the competition between Spectrum and Xfinity. Both are highly active in the field and struggling to catch up the hearts and mind of the users.

  • I am not shocked to see that charter spectrum is at the top of the list I have seen so many people complaining about its services but I also have seen so many people using their services. I don’t know how maybe they know how to market their product.

  • Hi Sarah, I have been using Spectrum TV internet services in my home and office settings since last one year. Charter services are simply the best and I have never experienced any hiccup in its service.
