Many individuals are working from home right now due to the virus that shall not be named. Working from home has equated to longer hours, harder work and more meetings than ever before. This leads to more time sitting at your desk, or wherever you are most comfortable working, without any exercise or movement.

There are many ways to implement fitness into your desk time and work time, however. Your boss only sees you over video conference calls through Zoom now, so there is no reason you can’t incorporate one of these options.
